Chris Trevor BA(Hons) FCA CTA

Joined the firm after graduating from the University of Kent. After qualifying Chris joined the taxation department of a top international firm to gain specialist experience in taxation and qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser. Chris returned to Stoten Gillam in 2002 and looks after a varied client portfolio of small businesses.

Chris enjoys dealing with tax enquiries and disputes with HMRC to obtain the best outcome for our clients. He also has expertise in IT matters and advises on computerised accounts packages.

Sue - BA(Hons) FCCA

After obtaining a business degree from the University of Hertfordshire Sue has worked both in practice and industry. Returning to practice in 1995 Sue now looks after a client portfolio and brings her wide business experience to bear when specialising in solving some of our more challenging assignments.

Jo - BA(Hons) FCCA

Jo is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant with extensive general practice experience of servicing small and medium sized businesses. She has a good knowledge of many bookkeeping systems and manages a portfolio of clients ranging from small sole traders to larger Limited Companies.

Suman - BSc(Hons) FCCA

Suman has been with Stoten Gillam since graduating in 2003, and gained her ACCA qualification with the firm. She works closely with Chris and has gained much experience in all areas of our work. Suman offers training and assistance with Sage and our online accounting solutions Kashflow and Openbooks/Freeagent.

Lindsey - BSc(Hons) FMAAT FCCA

Lindsey joined Stoten Gillam in 2004 and has gained her AAT and ACCA qualifications with the firm. Lindsey assists Chris with his client portfolio and has wide ranging experience with small business accountancy and tax matters, including assisting with clients that use the Sage computerised accounts package.

Catherine - BA(Hons) ACA

Catherine is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience working across a range of accountancy, tax and audit roles, both in industry and accounting practices. Catherine is one of our account managers looking after a range of clients, providing all the advice they require in addition to looking after year end and management accounts, tax returns, VAT and tax planning.

Michael

Michael joined Stoten Gillam in 2019 having already completed his AAT qualification. He will now be studying for his ACCA exams. Michael undertakes a range of accountancy and tax work for our company, sole trader and personal clients.

Kenlie

Kenlie joined the firm in 2016 as a trainee accountant. He has successfully completed his Level 3 AAT and is continuing his studies towards the AAT qualification while gaining general practice experience at work in a wide variety of clients.

Olivia

Olivia joined the firm in 2024 as a trainee accountant. She is studying for the AAT qualification while gaining general practice experience at work in a wide variety of clients.

Maria - ACIPP

Maria attends to all of the payroll services undertaken for our clients. Bringing over 25 years of experience working in this area, and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, Maria is well placed to look after the payroll needs for our clients and offer any advice needed.

Jason - DipPFS

Jason is a qualified Independent Financial Adviser with over 35 years of experience in Financial Services. Jason provides a holistic Wealth Planning Service across a broad range of areas, helping protect Business and Personal clients in the most tax efficient manner as possible. Jason can also audit existing investments and pension plans to help clients plan their investment and retirement goals in line with their objectives.

Jo

Jo helps to ensure the smooth running of the firm with administration and secretarial support. She looks after the process of onboarding new clients when first joining the firm.

Sarah

Sarah is part of the secretarial and reception team. She also looks after our company secretarial administration to ensure that Limited Company documents are filed on time.

Margaret

Margaret is part of the reception team, providing a friendly and efficient service when you call into our office or telephone us.
